One of the things I like the most one I travel is going shopping and I usually always come back with some new skeins.
However, in my last trip to Edinburgh I decided that I was not going to add more wool to my stash (lets say I am not doing very well on my resolution to reduce it) and in Popping Up in Stockbridge I found the perfect alternative: Edinburgh related objects made by local artisans.
It is one of those shops where I would have literally bought everything although I finally chose only three items:
A tote bag with a beautiful logo which says "Edinburgh Girl" by Claire Barclay Draws
Some postcards with symbolic places in Edinburgh by Victoria Rose Ball
A mini garland made with tweed by Daisy Belle Designs
I think it is it one of the times Ive come back happier with my souvenirs
