Colcha Primavera

I know, I know, it’s been over a month since my last post. The week after my last post rained so when I took the pictures of this beautiful quilt it looked awful, that’s why I decided not to publish it and wait… ‘Till now. I think it was worth waiting, I wanted flowers and sun and I’ve finally got both of them. The Spring Quilt looks better on a sunny spring day.

Even if I still have a long way to go (I need to learn to embroider better), I love how the embroidery flowers look. I think the match linen, lace and embroidery looks great. Don’t you? Simple and elegant. The fabrics and patterns are from La Costurera (http://www.lacosturerapatchwork.com), in Puerto Sagunto in Valencia, I got them in Creativa at the first edition in Madrid.

¡Bien!

Well!!! At least I have finished one of the four quilts I was doing, now I only have three to go. I hope you have all like it and hopefully the next one to finish will be my son’s.

¡Feliz San Viernes a tod@s!

Hope you all have a great Friday!!!
