My pupils often ask me where to buy fabrics they cannot find in shops. In my city, Valencia, offer is increasing but stores take a long time to receive the latest collections and fabrics, whereas on Instagram and Pinterest they are already popular.

Habitualmente compro telas en las mismas tiendas online porque me resulta cómodo y seguro, estoy contenta con ellas y soy muy fiel, me parece lo más justo. Pero también pruebo otros vendedores cuando busco algo concreto o descubro telas que quiero probar o me gustan mucho. I usually buy fabrics in the same online shops because I feel comfortable and safe, I am happy with them and I am very faithful; this seems to me the fairest. But I also try other sellers when I look for something concrete or discover fabrics I want to test or I like very much. En todas ellas encuentro gran variedad de telas, las colecciones de los diseñadores que más me gustan y mucho orden, lo que me facilita buscar lo que quiero y descubrir novedades.
In all of them I find great variety of fabrics, the collections of my favourite designers and very much order, what makes me easy to find what I am looking for and to discover new products.
Me gustan mucho las telas lisas y es difícil encontrarlas en tiendas físicas, de algodón de calidad y en una amplia gama de colores. Y si las quieres precortadas resulta imposible.
I like very much smooth fabrics and it is difficult to find them in physical shops, made of quality cotton and in a wide range of colours. And if you want them pre-cut, it is impossible.

Además podemos adquirir las colecciones de multitud de diseñadores. A mi me gustan los estilos más modernos, pero también soy fan de las flores de Liberty London y veterana seguidora de "pesos pesados" como Robert Kaufman (sus sólidos son imprescindibles para mi).
Besides, we can purchase the collections of lots of designers. I like the most modern styles, but I am also fan of the flowers of Liberty London and a long-time follower of heavyweights as Robert Kaufman (his solid colours are essential for me).

Dos apuntes: por desgracia, Free Spirit cierra el 1 de mayo. Y Jan et Jul es una tienda física y online española que trae hace tiempo telas de estilo moderno y gran calidad.
